Leadership Course by RKSM NIHAR

Leadership Project aims at developing holistic and responsible leaders, with bigger purpose in life, for the society. It imparts training for both personal as well as professional advancement, keeping the foundation in proper value-perspective.

This is a Training of the Trainer (T-o-T) Course, where the primary objective is to groom students as potential leaders, trainers & volunteers to facilitate further capacity building. The objective is to first train youth to be leaders of their selves and only then embark on the path of leading others. A blueprint of what is expected from an individual who aspires to be a leader is illustrated.

The pedagogy was mostly experiential and interactive with 40 hours contact classes, 3-day Workshop on Project Management, Field Trip to Matha Hill, Purulia to explore situational adjustments, facility planning, appreciating team spirit, living outside comfort zone, etc. The final evaluation was done on the basis of activities like poster presentation, panel discussion, situation analysis & demonstration of creativity in team events.

The program was run in collaboration with RKSM Vivekananda Vidyabhavan College. 30 final year undergraduate students of the college are selected and offered this 3-month Training Course on Leadership and all 30 students completed the training successfully. The mjunction services limited extended financial support as a CSR initiative.
